1.1.3 In order to ensure the consistency of functions or services, we may re-verify the authorized and logged-in account and device in the client.
1.2 Purchasing and delivering products or services
If you purchase Shishi Qiusi’s products or services from us, in order to successfully complete the transaction, you need to provide the following information: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, ID card number, bank card number, etc., identity, payment, and delivery information required to generate an order. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to purchase Shishi Qiusi’s products and services.
1.2.1 In order to facilitate users to evaluate Playtrac Court on third-party application platforms, for users with Android devices, we will also collect the software list information installed on the device.
1.3 Identity verification
When you use the function or related services of identity verification, according to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect your real identity information (real name, ID card number, phone number, facial information) to complete the verification. In particular and necessary cases, based on security considerations, in order to ensure that we provide services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the information you provide. These part of the information belongs to personal sensitive information, you can refuse to provide, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.

1.5.2 GPS location is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend information to you based on GPS information, and it will not affect the normal use of other functions.
1.5.3 We will display and recommend local information in the city corresponding to your general location based on your general location information.
1.5.4 In data analysis, we will de-identify the above collected and used information. Data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with your identity, and will not be associated with your real identity.
1.6 Posting and interaction
1.6.1 Information release
a. When you post content or comments, we will collect the information you post and display your nickname, avatar, and posted content;
b. When you use the upload image and publish audio and video functions, we will request authorization for your camera (camera), album (storage space), and microphone permissions. If you refuse to authorize and provide, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions;
c. When you post information and choose to display the location, we will request authorization for your location permission and collect location information related to the service. If you refuse to authorize and provide precise location information, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions;
d. Please note that the information you publicly post may involve personal information of users or others. If the information you publicly post contains personal information of others, before uploading and posting, you need to ensure that it is allowed to be used by laws and regulations or has obtained legal authorization;
e. When you use the live broadcast function, in accordance with laws and regulations and security requirements, you need to go through real-name authentication. We will verify your identity through facial recognition. During the real-name authentication process, the third-party certification agency providing the authentication service needs you to provide your real name, ID card number, and facial information. This information is sensitive personal information, you can refuse to provide, and it will not affect the normal use of other functions. This information is only used for real-name authentication and the purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit authorization;
f. Information collected by us due to your use of our products or services, such as other users’ information that may contain your partial information (such as: information related to you involved in comments, messages, published graphics and text, audio and video).
1.6.2 Interaction
In situations where you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard and album to read the passwords, sharing codes, links, and QR codes contained therein to achieve jump, sharing, activity linkage and other functions or services. We will only judge the information in the clipboard and album locally on the device and will not send the information back to the server.

Customer service and issues: In order to facilitate contacting you, helping you solve problems as soon as possible, or recording the relevant solutions and results of the problem, we may save your communication/call records and related contents (including account information, feedback information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave), and if you consult, complain, or provide suggestions for specific orders, we will use your account information and order information. In order to facilitate unregistered users to use customer service or feedback functions, we may associate the above information with your device information, and you can view it after logging in;

d. We may associate your device information or phone number with your Shishi Qiusi platform account;
b. In order to prevent malicious programs, improve the quality and efficiency of operations, and ensure the security of accounts, we will collect information about installed applications or running processes, the overall operation and use situation and frequency of applications, application crash situations, overall installation and use situations, performance data, and application sources;
c. In order to analyze statistical indicators such as application new users, activation, retention, and performance, we may call the clipboard to attribute analyze relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that in the process of statistics, we will not transmit other information written by you to the clipboard back, and will not collect your privacy information;
d. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliates and partners can provide with your authorization or in accordance with the law, to judge account and transaction security, perform identity verification, identify illegal and criminal situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services currently provided, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. a) Message service: In order to provide you with messages, third-party message service providers may obtain your message SDK version number, necessary device information, mobile phone status information, location information, and network-related information;
b) Location service: In order to provide you with location services (discovery function, nearby function, check-in function and related functions), third-party location service providers will collect your device information and precise location information;
c) Cloud storage service: In order to provide you with cloud storage services (the pictures, audio and video content you upload to the Playtrac Court App will be stored in the cloud and related scenarios), third-party service providers may collect your device information, network-related information, and operator information;
d) Account security service: In order to ensure the security of your account and property, and prevent you and us from being harmed by illegal acts, third-party security service providers may collect your necessary device information, network-related information, operator information, and log information to provide account security services;
e) Payment service: In order to ensure that you can successfully purchase goods/services and virtual goods on the platform, third-party payment service providers may collect your device information, network information, and operator information to complete the payment smoothly and ensure payment security.
SDK related need to supplement d. When you choose to participate in marketing activities held by us and our affiliates or third parties on the platform, you may need to provide your name, gender, mailing address, contact information, and bank account information. This information is sensitive personal information, refusal to provide may affect your participation in related activities, but will not affect other functions. Only with your consent, we will share this information with our affiliates or third parties to ensure that you receive consistent services during the event, or entrust third parties to deliver rewards to you in a timely manner.

d. Manage your subscriptions through [XXXX]. You can also change or withdraw GPS location, address book, camera, microphone, and album permissions through the operating system of the device itself. We will collect personal information based on your changed or revoked permissions, such as your withdrawal of authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but please note that this will lead to the unavailability of some or all functions.
